On September 10th, 2011 groomers from all across Alberta are battling to see who can groom the most dogs and raise the most funds to help treat pets with cancer.
Treating cancer in a beloved pet is expensive and is often financially beyond many pet owners’ means. Without treatment these pets die or are euthanized prematurely. Most pets today are members of our families and their loss due to cancer is a tragedy. You can help make a difference!
Last year’s ACTSS Charity Dog Wash raised $10,000 to treat pets with cancer.
To participate and have your pet enjoy this wet and wild time please contact a participating groomer near you and book your dog in for a well needed bath.
