Nico is an 8 year old Dalmatian who developed cancer over his right hip. He required extensive surgery to remove this aggressive cancer. ACTSS subsidized his surgery and he quickly returned home to be with the people that he loves.
"Nico's prognosis is good, and I am keeping my hopes up that he recovers from his devastating illness. Although the treatment for cancer is extremely costly, every time I look at Nico, I know that I made the right decision. Nico is a treasured member of my family, and without ACTSS's wonderful program and assistance, his treatment would have caused a great deal of financial and emotional hardship on my family.
