Kato was diagnosed with bone cancer of the rib, which spread to his lungs. Chemotherapy and radiation have made a tremendous difference to Kato and he is back to enjoying life.
"I just want to thank you again for the support. It's so hard to express how special Kato is in a few words. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He has such a sweet and lovable personality. And he is so patient, even through out all the procedures he has had he still has a great attitude, always happy to see everyone, even the doctors. I know everyone probably says this but he is an amazing dog."
